What about if I want to gain weight?Are there any creative ways to monitor?

Does anyone know how I could track my weight gain goals? The watch seems to be geard toward weightloss. I want to gain 5 more  pounds of muscle and don't want to lose weight.

It's great to have you here @SunsetRunner! I realize this response is a long time coming, but did want to take the time to address your post.

 

At the moment, the dashboard only supports creating a goal for weight loss. While you are not able to set a goal to gain weight, you can continue to use these tools to monitor your caloric intake and aim for a calorie surplus instead of a deficit.
