Walking, setups, walking, pushups, walking, stretch resistance bands, walking, squats...oh, did I mention walking? No equipment needed...
Here is a good, short article on home workouts without equipment:

Youtube and pinterest have lots of ideas relative to working out at home. You just need to be specific about what you are interested in: strength, core, HIIT, cardio, etc

I am not a fan of gym machines myself when it comes to strength training, and I restrict mostly to the cardio ones - treadmill and elliptical.
There are a range of bodyweight exercises that work great when done in circuits and target whole body and/or different body parts. You can create a plan for yourself for the week - upper body, lower body, core, etc. I simply look for them over the internet, and like someone else suggested, Pinterest is a great place to consolidate and save your workout resources.
Hope it helped!

Hey guys, thanks for all of your suggestions!
Personally, I don't belong to a gym, and my favorite at-home non-cardio workouts involve a lot of bodyweight training, as many people mentioned above. Squats, push-ups and sit-ups are my go to. If you have a Fitbit Blaze you also have three workouts built into your tracker from Fitstar! If you don't have a Blaze, you can find these workouts on the Fitstar website. The basic plan is free!
