I think we all look at exercise and exercise goals a little differently. Some folks exercise to burn calories, and lose weight; others exercise for better health; etc. Why do you exercise?
For me, I exercise primarily for health in the long run, and the most important metrics are time spent and heart rate. What about you?

I exercise to maintain health and mobility. The most important metric in Active Zone Minutes because I can relate them to the HHS Physical Activity Guidelines.
