There may be a similar thread to this already; if there is, I apologize.
Here are some of mine:
1). I make my water a little more interesting with Angostura Orange bitters. This propels me to drink a little more than I otherwise would.
2). I take probiotics every evening before bed. Helps with stomach problems and I find I want to be more active when not in stomach pain 😉 (I have gastritis, but I know GI problems are at an all time high)
3). I will take some change and go walking out to purchase one planned thing. But I won't bring enough money for bus change to get home easily. Just a cell phone (I have family who would pick me up if I ever were injured or something out of the blue). This forces me to walk home rather than take the bus.
4). I take melatonin sublingual drops about 1 hour before bed, while reading. It puts me to sleep. Lack of sleep = poorer immune system and lowered metabolism
5). chew your food well! If you eat quickly, it can cause all sorts of problems which can put you out of commission
6). I push a pram around every day, usually for several hours, because I am a nanny. Really gives my arms a work out!
Ok. Your turn 🙂

@Manticone Thanks for sharing with us a little about your story and how you motivate yourself to do more steps! I hope you're doing great and reaching your goals every day
Personally, something that motivate me to do more exercise is that I listen to music that makes feel happy like electronic music or any other that contains a really good letter. Also, I think about how I'm going to look after all the workout that I'm going to do and it keeps me with faith.
