Since using a Fitbit, I feel even more accountability to myself to move. Seeing the mileage tick up each day gives me a tiny thrill. I hope this feeling doesn't go away.

Hey Stefanie! Great reminder to reflect and stay on track! For me, 2025 is about setting realistic goals and focusing on progress. I’ve been working on building healthier habits, like staying active and prioritizing mental wellness. Fitbit has been great for tracking steps and workouts, keeping me motivated. My main goal is consistency—whether it’s fitness or work, showing up every day counts. How about the rest of you? Any tips for staying on track or overcoming setbacks? Let’s keep each other accountable and celebrate the small wins this year! 💪:glowing_star:

while mine was not a new year new me situation, I am about a week in. I am hitting goals already - the fitbit helps me keep a good schedule, and forces me to move more often as I work from home. Also the calorie/food tracking is AMAZING for me and that sleep better meditatian is such a godsend. I have PTSD and sleep has been an issue for me for years, and with fitbit I sleep so much better now. 7 pounds down, 63 to go to my goal.

Starting in March, better late than never though.
I don't really have a goal per say, it'll likely change along with my body, but I'd like to just be happy with my body, work on cardio health as I'm in very bad shape right now. Oh and of course, I'd really like big muscles! Or as much as I can built in 9 months.. 🙂

swim from 1 to 3 times a week. start off with 30 minuets and increase when you feel ready. this is great for lungs breathing and whole body with little impact. also aqua aerobics.

Swimming, running, and biking—this combination brings me relief every time I dive in, hit the pavement, or pedal away.

For me Fitbit has been the biggest "addiction" in my life. If any addiction can be positive it is the Fitbit addiction. I just decided to take up walking as a daily routine exercise. When I thought I was doing well, I wondered if there was any record set for this: "Maximum distance covered in a year as a daily routine exercise"! I was pleasantly surprised to find that India Book of Records has a person who had completed more than 5500 km walking in a year as a daily routine exercise. I had started my Fitbit journey on 13 March 2024. Happy to share that on 12 March 2025 (exactly 365 days after I started my daily walking exercise), I had completed more than 7000 km. That is the current Indian record now.
For 2025, I am hoping for TWO unique records apart from crossing a major Fitbit Badges milestone. Firstly I want to break the 8000km distance record for this year. Secondly I want to set a new category of record: Completing more than ONE HALF MARATHON every single day (on an average) for 365 days (which I have already accomplished from 19 May 2024 to 18 May 2025).
Thirdly, I am very pleased to say, that I am just about 1500km away from the Fitbit Earth lifetime Badge (12,713 km). I don't know if someone keeps track of any records for the fastest Fitbit Earth Badge earned. I saw a reddit post of a user who took 28 months to achieve it. I will be cracking it within 21 months! Will that be a new record? I don't know. I guess I will never know, because I don't think anyone is keeping track of such things.
Therefore like I said this Fitbit addiction really got me moving so much, I don't know where it will take me. Currently I averaged more than 22 Km everyday for Sep 2025.
Cheers to the Fitbit Community. Thank you Fitbit for providing such an accurate device to track ones daily exercise routines.
