Heres the workout:
Best Answer@The_fat_Thea 1km in 17minutes and 10 seconds !!!! (not sure what that amounts to in miles which is what I use but what matters is that U DID IT, not how much or how fast)
Keep going, make increases only when you are ready, be patient with yourself and most important ... have fun .

I just got my fitbit and just had this tough brutal workout of sprinting in my backyard and wonder what 17''10'' pace mean?
Is it average pace or my fastest pace during the workout, and is it km/h?
Hi @The_fat_Thea,
Yes, that's average pace per distance you have set in your profile (km, in this case). It's measuring minutes per kilometer.

I would imagine your backyard is big enough to allow you to run the full KM? Or are you stopping to turn around? Just asking because it could be slowing you down a bit if it isn't a straight consistent run.. I think that is a very good start. Keep it up.. pretty soon you will be running longer or faster or both!
