Hi @jacksonmook1947, I totally support the statement of the subject. When I was told that I have a lumbar hernia, I thought that I would never be able to exercise as I used to. However, my chiropractor helped me to do some therapy and now I can go out and do my jogging activities as before. But during the process I had to be strong and kept myself steady in order to avoid a mental breakdown.
