For me, it is realizing that consistent walking and increasing even a few steps has allowed weight loss. I cannot believe I allowed myself to forget this simple and healthy solution to weight loss and feeling better. My "ah ha" happened today. Since November I have lost 18.2 lbs. Yay!

Congratulations @Lose2win67. That's quite a weight loss. I've had a Fitbit for over 10 years now, and one of my 'ah ha' moments is that even if I'm not paying attention 24/7, it is. It is easy to kid yourself that you are putting the time in if you get to the gym a few times a week, but if your active minute and/or step trends are dropping it helps you refocus.

Hi Baltoscott!
Thank you very much. You make a great point. I love my Fitbit and the reminders I set for the day or week. And when I go on a walk or do another type of exercise I get to take that information with me. It's documented. I also have Alexa updating me every hour, "Drink Water". haha, I am also enjoying the communication and encouragement found within our fitness community. I am curious about everyone's goals and would like to learn more about their charts and specified goals. I hope this makes sense. They're very detailed. 🙂
