Hello all! I'm new to the Fitbit community and have been loving learning about more features and capabilities that have helped me hit my fitness goals.
My favorite trick has been checking my resting heart rate trends during recovery. It’s been surprisingly helpful for noticing overall fitness changes and knowing how hard I can push myself on long runs.
What's one thing that's helped you that you wish you had started doing sooner?
@noahp3 When you say checking your heart rate trends during recovery, do you mean after the workout? That's what I check, after an activity, I check how fast my BPMs return to my resting baseline. I hadn't made the connection before as an indicator of how I've improved or lapsed if I skipped a few exercise days.
