What's the correct amount of sleep? Does everyone need the same amount?

I don't seem to sleep more than 6.45 - 7.00 hrs per night.  Is this enough?

It depends on many factors, for instance your age. Duration isn't the only factor either, quality matters too. How do you feel in the morning? Do you have enough "juice" to go through the entire day, without feeling sleepy at some point?
