What to set your daily goals to if you don't exercise everyday?

Let say I walk on Monday through Friday but not Sat or Sun. Do I set my step count and distance to the goals I want to achieve on week days and not worry about Sat & Sun? What happen if I do more strenuous exercises on Sat & Sun than walking. Do I set my calorie goal for week days or weekend?

@sn2019   I set my goals for what I want to accomplish most days and I don't worry the days I take off.  I have NO PROBLEM taking a weekend off.  If you are referring to your calories burned goal, just set it the same as your weekday step and distance goal.  If you set your calories burned goal to your weekend day goal, then you might miss it most weekdays.

@sn2019 I agree with @LZeeW. I set my goals based on what I can complete most of the time. If you take a day or two off, don’t worry about it.

@sn2019 hey there- your fitbit goals should remain the same regardless of day. Whether you meet, exceed or ignore them on any given day is rooted in your lifestyle and what works for you. It is kind of like a saving money goal- you set a target for an overall amount and a timeframe- what happens everyday in that timeframe is based on lifestyle.
