Does your Fitbit device track sleep? If so, use the activity timer (exactly the same as sleep logging with most maybe all devices) to see what Fitbit tracks for your activity. If you are moving around, it will automatically class it as activity rather than sleep. It will sometimes get it wrong and class the workout as sleep--that happens to me with some yoga, pilates or on floor exercises. If that happens you know it is an activity you want to log. After you sync the fitbit device to your fitbit.com account, there should be an activity record in your activity log. See if the calorie burn and activity it credits seems about right for your actual activity. I don't personally need to log walking or running or intervals mixing the two. So I think you may be fine with C25K. I do sometimes log it if the route is hilly and I used my heart rate monitor/GPS app. Sometimes I log, sometimes not. I think that activity can really go either way but you may actually get more very active minutes if you don't log it. Not sure about Just Dance. I dance a lot but have never used the dancing video games. With dance it really depends on the type of movements you are doing. Fitbit does fine with traveling steps and hops, etc. I have a Fitbit One, it can vary by the device since they are worn and programmed slightly differently. The types of activity I typically log are those that do not involve "steps" or they involve added resistance or are in water (my One isn't waterproof). Examples include: cycling, spin class, yoga, pilates, weight lifting of any kind, rowing, water aerobics, etc.
