Where can I find motivation to train?

Hi @simba20 What sort of training do you want to do? Is it for a sport or for general fitness or weight loss? 

Motivation is difficult. Ultimately I think it is related to how much you really want to do the thing you put off. For myself I find my motivation kicks in when I don't just have a vague desire to do something (lets use lose weight as an example), but make a decision that "I AM GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT". Once I have decided that is what I am going to do I look for ways to make it work. But how you get from I'd like to I WILL is not so easy. It is almost like having a drug or alcohol problem - others can't really help until the person decides that they are going to DO this. Then they will accept help. Until YOU decide you are going to achieve whatever your goal is, you will keep avoiding somehow.
