Hello all,
I have been using Fitbit for a few months now. I have recently started to work doubles, like 15-16 hours usually 2-3 back to back. I am trying to think of creative ways to get in more movement ect while at work. I do a physically demanding job but I want to make sure I am still healthy. I have taken to walking on my breaks when I get them.
I'm looking for some ideas on how I can move more. Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks,
Beth

Do you have any one-on-one meetings? I have a weekly update meeting that we sometimes go for a walk outside instead of sitting across from one another at a table.

I don't know @BethS123 - Since you already have a physically demanding job, perhaps you need to do something different. You don't say much about the job per se. I will assume for discussion sake that demanding part of it is about walking a lot. So since you're already clocking 15-16 hours/day on the job, I would try to incorporate some form of resistance training in your day, either early in the morning before you go to work; or when you get home. It doesn't have to be anything too intense. Just a 5 min. warm-up, and a 30-min circuit training routine with resistance bands or weights would do the trick. My take!
