Hey Everyone! I started going to the gym and I wanted to see a change since day 1 like at least lose 1 lb . However, in a real world this doesn't happen as with everything else I should have persistence and take one day at a time meaning that I have to go to they gym everyday at least 1 hour or continue exercising during the week.
However, I have good news I found some exercises that will help you to lose weight faster which is exactly what I was looking for .
1. Walking: I love walking because you can do it with a family member or with some friends which make it more interesting and motivating. The best thing about this is that you just need a pair of shoes and a partner or go alone .
2. Swimming: I completely love to swim because you can burn around 400 to 700 calories in an hour. The reason why you burn too many calories is because it engages all of the major muscle groups, from your abdominals and back muscles to your arms, legs, hips and glutes. This exercise is the best for people who battle with arthritis, obesity and muscuskeletal conditions.
3. Crossfit: If you workout everyday, this high intensity training is for you because this involves all type of exercise and you'll see your resistance.
4. Jumping Rope: I totally love this because you don't need that much to do it but it's helping you to burn calories. Just ten minutes of rope jumping is worth an eight-minute mile when it comes to cardio benefits and calorie burning.
Hope you can try these exercises and share your experiences, in what's the exercise that has helped you the most to lose weight.

I love to walk and do it daily.
I need to get back into Swimming. Use to all the time. Need to make a plan and get back at.
I have not done cross fit but I see a lot of places cropping up around here. I need to check them out.
Jump rope I would probably fall flat on my face. I am so Not coordinated
Thanks for the great post @SilviaFitbit

Epic @SilviaFitbit
From exercising it's possible to get more hungry (may not instantly after exercise but the hunger can come), best to have nutritient rich foods ready (fruits, vegetables, eggs..) all foods provided by nature non processed if possible which benefit the body the most instead of cookies.. (still being hungry after eating those and eating less calories overall when having some 'healthier' foods first)..
Rest is also important for recovery.

@SilviaFitbit Awesome post!
I love swimming as well but it's now been a long time since I went. Also I'm more for splashing in a lake and cannonballing in the pool than a real swim.
@WendyB I've always had trouble with jumping rope as well! I never manage to get the timing right
As @SunsetRunner was saying, it's not only the gym, healthy food is also a big part of it, actually the harder one for me.(I am literally writing this while eating a double slice of bacon pizza with double cheese).
Bon appetit!

My favorite sports are swimming and playing tennis. Recently, I started jumping rope, it was very difficult because I had years of not practicing. When I was a child, I spent entire days jumping rope and now I had to make a big effort to focus and don't miss the jump.

One thing I recently learned: I'm not good at crossfit hahaha , so I will stay with walking and swimming as my first two options of a workout.
Very interesting information @SilviaFitbit, thank you for sharing it with us!

@Mcore Crossfit is actually pretty demanding, as you, I would also rather swim or walk.
@EdsonFitbit I like tennis as a sport too and from what I have seen it is also quite a workout.
Cheers!

@WendyB Yay! You can do it, just organize your time and I'm sure you'll start swimming again. I totally understand the sentiment about jump the rope because I was scared at the beginning but it's pretty fun.
@SunsetRunner That's totally correct!
@SunsetRunner Thank you. You need to practice jumping the rope and share your experience .
@EdsonFitbit Hope you can continue exercising !
@Mcore Crossfit is difficult at the beginning but once you start practicing it, you'll like it !

@fitmissjen haha, I totally love the picture you attached ! I have to accept that you have to be consistent in the gym otherwise you'll die doing Crossfit.
