Yoga everyday

In order to maintain a life of peace and mindfulness, I do my best to get in a yoga session daily. 

 

I've never tried Bikram Yoga before - has anyone else tried it? I'd love to hear about your experiences!

Yes!! I love it! I've been practicing yoga for almost 20 years now and Bikram yoga was the first style I tried. Unfortunately where I currently live we don't have a Bikram studio, so I haven't practiced it in a while, but it's still my favorite. 

 

Be sure you drink A LOT of water before/during/after the session. I usually try to drink a liter of water before, and sometimes I drink another liter during. I've never had any issue with the elevated heat temperature, but I know some people who can't handle it. The key is to hydrate, that'll help out a lot.
