I geuss this is really not a question, but more of an observation. If I do 1 burpee, it counts as 5-6 steps. I don't mind as 1 burpee takes a lot more energy than 1 step, but just thought I would share with all of you and see if any of you have any observations to report.

I noticed the same thing when I do burpees. I do them as part of my daily workout though, so I'm less concerned with counting them as steps and more with active minutes. And I agree them counting as 5-6 steps is fair, they're a killer but worth it 🙂

Makes sense. The average step is 7" high so 5 - 6 steps is about 3 - 3.5 feet. When you do a burpee your centre of mass should move about that much.

Look it up on google. Its a great exorcise for the whole body it works your core, back, arms and legs. Though workout but very effective
