Hi all,
Had fitbit two days and liking it...............should I eat extra calories earned through exercise??

@mermaid1 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! So you noticed those extra calories; Be careful .... they are a good sign that you are active... if you want to loose weight eating the extra calories will defeat your goal... but if you are maintaining ... by all means have that extra something and enjoy... or save it for later on the weekend. Because you are new may I suggest that you spend some time familiarizing yourself with all the wonderful things your Fitbit offers you. Check out this site http://help.fitbit.com/ it has a link for all your needs and explains them all. I think there is a misunderstanding about how to lose weight.
You eat less than you burn daily.
Your job obviously increases what you burn compared to if you had a desk job.
You merely eat less than the total.
Guess what Fitbit is going to help you do?
