How do I set up the flex to tell me how many calories I burned after my cardiokickboxing workout?

Go to your active minutes and then hit 'add' (on the iphone its just a + sign in the top right corner. You can then search for an activity and input the start time and how long you did it for. Hope that helps a bit.

Are you trying to see how many calories Fitbit gives you for the workout, not logging it manually in the activities database? If so, you can look at your Dashboard calorie chart and sort of estimate it from the bars. Or if you want a total, go to Log, Activities and hit the little stopwatch button low on the page that says Activity Record. Enter the times of your workout. It should show you a table of the stats for that time span.
Though manually logging it like is described above might give you more calories and a more accurate estimate.
