I have a question. Even though I do at least 10000 steps a day and stair requirements, I never seem to use up the calorie count I need to. What can I do? Oh I also log in dancing and yoga minutes.

Keep in mind that Fitbit calorie calculations take into account your extra activity to ensure you are not depleting your body. There is no need to consume what the calculation shows you provided you feel well and are eating a balanced diet.
