I have MS and my ability to wlak is limited 10K steps a day is way over my current ability how can i set the number of daily steps from 10K to say maybe 1000 is good for me for now. Then hopefully over time maybe i can gain the ability to increase it upward in time.

Hi Frank56! On your dashboard, you should see a step tile. Click in the lower corner of the tile. You'll see a little gear icon on lower left. Click on that. Then, enter your step goal and save change. I hope that helps my friend! 🙂

@Frank56If you have a Flex read this solution because the Steps goal is changed in a different place than most of the other Fitbits.

@Stephen1227Being around for 3 years we pickup many tips from many Fitbitters like yourself and the Flex has always been awkward because they can even change the goal on their Profile where other Fitbitters can't. It would be nice to have continuity between products.
