coming out of a backslide....

Basically starting a board for those of us who have had a backslide. Any advice for getting back to peak performance ? It always seems so intimidating getting back into it because your best day seems so far away.

Just getting moving is the HARDEST part...body in motion and all that Neuton stuff!!!

 

Like the commerical says....."Just do it."...

 

new favorite quote of the day...."Progress...not perfection.".  Just 1% better today than yesterday.

 

Strap up....and move.  Do whatever....900 or 9000 steps today....tomorrow....990 or 9900....(or is that 10%?)...too late in the day for me! 

 

We all have cycles.  Sometimes life gets in the way.  Shrug it off, strap up and do your best.....
