Each tile on the dashboard has a little gear icon on it. You click that icon and change the numbers on the window that pops up. This is on the computer's dashboard.

Yes, I saw that when I went to change it. what I am trying to say is that the app ON MY PHONE is saying 6 glasses a day. How do I fix that? The computer is fine.

On the Android app for the Galaxy S3 Fitbit dashboard I just scroll down to Water and hold it until a menu pops up.  On this menu choose "Change Goal"and enter the amount you want to change it to.  You can also do the same thing for Calorie Burn, Active Minutes and Steps goals.

Thank you so much for responding. Unfortunately I had already tried that. For the water, it only gives me 3 options. Move up, move down and hide. All the others allow me to edit from there but not the water. It's really weird. Why would the app for the s3 be any different than the s4?

On the app for the Galaxy S3 I was able to change my water goal, as the option to change my goal was at the top of the menu.  I'm not sure why the app for your phone does not have this option.
