Do I need to log in my food seperately for premium or does it come through MFP? Also, does the trainer in premium take into account the current workout program that you are doing? I am currently on Beta round of T25. Should I wait until I finish the current workout?

@Rachel52I can't help you with MFP but your Trainer in Premium is recording those activity calories over and above your BMR. Your Calorie Burn Goal is your BMR + Trainer and can only be edited via Trainer.
