recently got an exercise bike with settable magnetic resistance, for those days when it is raining, plus to take the strain off the ankle/knee as I have noticed that the right knee is starting to hurt a little, maybe jogging on the spot barefoot was a bad idea
I have a fitbit one, tested everywhere to put/clip it to get the best accuracy and guess where it was best?
on the shorts/trousers just in front of the groin!
the usual place on the neck or waist would not log steps, obviusly as no movement, on the ankle and it would not register all the steps, but on the groin area, because both legs would move that area, it would register it correctly, not too low as it will over register
put a movie on the ipad and the time just flies by, only problem I have noticed however is that the bone on the bum hurts 😞 still playing with the seat though

Lol that is hilarius!!! it is also really funny cause i know that for most women the fitbit one works the best when it is clipped onto the front of their bra,

I firmly believe bike seats are torture devices. its impossible for something to not hurt. put a pillow on it. you might fall off, but your bum won't hurt 😉
