get strong program

i am doing the get strong program.   it is only 20 mins.   but there 3 mins of rest?  i usually do weights during the 1 min. rest part.   Will this program get hard as i continue?

I tried looking up the program, but there isn't anything out there called that. I think you probably need to look at the specs of whatever it is and determine for yourself if it will work for you long term
