getting fit for kickboxing

a while ago ( like two months ) ago i started kickboxing , does anybody have advice about getting fit for kickboxing and other kickboxing stuff?

If you don’t get fit while kickboxing you have no chance of getting fit by running or IF or some other bull**ahem**.

 

Stick with kickboxing the positive side effect such as weight loos, better fitness shape, better body, better sleep etc. should arrive shortly.

Start by training with a weighted vest @ 1kg to start things off (And ease your joints into it), or get yourself some weighted gloves.

 

Both add more intensity.
