hey

hey there everyone, well basicly i just got my fitbit blaze yesterday and i want to compete with people high into there fitness, when i first started training 6 years ago i was 18 stone (265lbs) but now im 13 stone (181lbs) i use to drink 40 cans of beers a week and use to smoke 50 cigs a day and i use to get tired walking up the stairs, i do still drink every once in awhile but quit the smoking for over 5 years now well i still struggle to keep my diet 100% clean, its about 80% clean, but training wise i cant ask for more, i do 1 hour intense cardio a day and about 1 hour weights mon - fri, and i do 1 hour cardio sat n sometimes sundays, if not sunday is my rest day, about my diet, im fine all day n night but i wake up in the night n sorta lose control and go for unhealthy snacks, crisps and so on, but this week ive only ate 1 pack of crisps in the night over 8 days... thats really good for me, this watch helps me stay motivated away from mid night snacks... anyways i want to complete with people to help push that extra couple hundred calories burnt in a day.. they all add up Smiley Happy just let me know if you want to compete with me, apart from my cardio n weights i sit mostly at computer so if i have 1 or more people to compete with, il add extra 1 hour playing darts or jogging or what not...
