how to get rid of postpartum belly fat?

ANSWERED

I'm a new mom with a 9-month old, very active son.  I've already lost the weight I gained during pregnancy since I didn't gain much as I was on bed rest most of my pregnancy.  My problem now is the belly fat/flab that I can't seem to get rid of.  It's almost summer and would like to get into bathing suits, but so ashamed to do so with my belly hanging out.

Would appreciate any help, especially from other moms who experienced the same thing.

Thank you.

Sadly you cant spot reduce any area of the body. It takes time for it to go back as well.

Weights will help the heaiver the better, pilates is good as well. Planks are great for the core.

But every thing will take time
