iPhone App(s) that let you build and log workouts (strength training)

I use the FitBit (and app) to track my steps, but I am looking to get into some strength training and am looking for a good iPhone/iPad app that is reasonable or free that will help me build/customize workouts and keep track of them. I did parouse the app store, but there was a lot to choose from so I figured I would ask my fellow fitbitters! Thanks in advance!

I use JEfit for my strength training it doesn't sync automatically with the fit bit site, but there are hundreds of free workouts and best of all it is free.

My workout routine is based on my local gym's ActivTrax program. Gold's Gym, XSport, and a few others have these kiosks. It's web based only.

Fullfitness is the updated version of Ifitness. I've tried a bunch and this one is just the best/most intuitive.

hello !  I, too, am looking for a way to track my strength training workouts on my fit bit - i can find anyplace that lets me input the details of my routine, ie , sets, weights, reps, etc

You're probably going to want a separate app for that.  There are plenty of them out there.

Personally, I like "Strong", mostly because it's very simple, remembers how much weight you used for each exercise as well as set routines, and it lets you add notes.

But there are a lot out there that might look nicer or have options that are important to you.  Since most of them are either free or have afree version, it's just a matter of downloading them and playing around with them during your down time.

Like I said, it's really simple, but I actually kind of like that.
