Does your Dashboard here say 7 calories for yesterday or does the 'Fitbit adjustment' at MFP say that?  I see 5935 steps for yesterday for you, here.

Look at your fitbit dashboard and logs not MFP. That just reflects for whatever reason, MFP and Fitbit didn't sync at a time when your information was complete. There sometimes are delays in the sites syncing--it can be on either end. That is why, when I log exercise (non-step exercise), I log it directly to Fitbit rather than to MFP so it is applied right away. The 7 calories just means at that time you only burned one calorie more than MFP expected for your stated activity level (it will vary depending whether you told MFP you were sedentary, lightly active, active or very active.) I am surprised you would see a positive adjustment for 1167 steps, if set to sedentary that seems about right for 5,000ish steps. Set to lightly active, I usually need around or over 7,000 steps to see an adjustment, so I am guessing I would see it after 5,000 for sedentary. Anyway, that isn't a reflection of your fitbit steps and calorie burn, it is only a reflection of what they were when MFp last synched with fitbit. MFP recalculates the adjustment every time it syncs with fitbit.
