just starting weight is 245 any ideas?

dont want to kill myself just starting out.  have lupus but need to stay focused and not use that as an excuse

thanks that would be grreat.....need help formatting an excercise plan to do daily that will target different parts of the body but not kill me.......dont get me wrong i do want to work but i want to do this realistically small steps lead to bigger ones....right?
