lets get healthy

 I just started with my own fitness program and I am doing my first 30 day challenge soon where we support each other through health and fitness goals. Would anybody be interested in joining me?

Finishing up a 10 year weight-loss effort. My goal for this month is 5
pounds. I am already very muscular so right now my focus is on strength
training, running, and yoga.
