looking for fellow londoners

Good Morning

 

I have seemed to of lost my way a bit, i was 21 stone in 2013 and i got my weight down to 14st.5 last year, been in a year i have put a stone back on.

For some reason i have lost my mojo, i really need help to find it.

anyone in London would like to add me and give me that little push.

even though i have lost all this weight, in my head i still feel 21 stone, fat and ugly.

Sorry that was a bit of a dwoner.

I'm not in London, but here in Florida.  When I feel that way, I put my sneaks on and start walking...just keep walking like Forest Gump.  I walk to the coffee shop  almost every morning.  Have a coffee and walk back.  4miles.  If I find myself sitting around later in the day.....gues what, I stand up, put my sneaks on and start walking.  A body in motion is always better than a body idle.  No matter how difficult or easy the exercise.  Now get walking 🙂 Teresa
