Hey
23 Yrs Old just had a reoccuring case of Metatarsalgia of my Right Foot after hiking.
Im off weight-bearing any kind walking etc for two weeks. Other than cycling and swimming.. can anyone think of creative ways I can still get a circuit in and my heart rate up?
Thanks

Got machines? You don't mention what you have available to you.
Leg curls, leg extensions, standing hip flexors and hip extenders, all the upper body stuff is seated too.
Why do you have to get your HR up? I mean, it will on above, and that stuff will prevent you from losing your aerobic edge decently enough, especially if you make it circuit training rather than lifting style.
Weight loss is about eating less than you burn.
And while true, after you manually log that strength training since Fitbit will badly underestimate it, may not make you burn as much as some cardio, you'll still get to eat more and still have room for a deficit to lose weight.
Help the next searcher of answers, mark a reply as Solved if it was, or a thumbs up if it was a good idea too.
