Did you mean:

miles or kilometers

on my fit bit app and on my computer it says in miles. i have just received a yearly report in an e mail and it says the same number of kilometers. i presume the kilometers is wrong, has anyone else had this?

What unit did you choose for length under Advanced settings in your personal profile? All my units are metric, and my weekly progress report includes kilometers for distance and kilograms for weight, just like everywhere else. Have you switched between units recently?

no i have not changed it and i do it in miles, but on the yearly update it
said in kilometers, weird, as it is the same length as kilometers.

My yearly stats were in Kms etc but the stats for fitbit users over all was in miles although the weight loss was in Kgs my guess is it was how the email was formulated.

lol but the numbers were the same, so something really wrong, however, they
said equal to so many marathons so that converted to miles and not
kilometers
