We have a year long work 'Fitbit' challenge for our entire department. Each month we change up the teams. since inception in Dec, our participation has dropped off to now just having 1/2 of department participating. Any suggestions on how I can re-engage those who have now become 'inactive'?

If there is a place to walk around work, maybe create a team challenge where people walk and go on a scavenger hunt and the winning team wins a prize of some sort?
Do you have some sort of gamification? Where participants can log in and win points for time or steps? and see how they compare? next time do 30 day challenges, a year is hard to have enthusiasm.
