Never overdo yourself and know your body limits, if it's tired or feeling sore. Allow yourself to rest / recover. It becomes more stronger, more fitter and exercising / endurance will improve.
Choosing to become healthy is the way to go! Honor your body signals when needing to rest,.. instead of pushing yourself to the point of needing a long time recovery. Gradually increase exercising.
Exercise since it's fun to do, not for the calories burned but to become fitter and not being obsessed about to burn off 'overeaten' calories or restricting calories to the extreme.
Food is required for energy / survival. Our bodies needs a certain body fat percentage to work properly and a bit more for extra energy (when not eaten enough but energy is needed for survival until being able to eat again, when being sick for a longer time, not being able to eat much but to ensure there's energy).
Take care!
Best Answer@coolsneakers Happy day before your birthday. Be good to yourself today and know you are giving yourself the best gift ever - renewed vitality thru Fitbit.
