Since stopped logging food (a few months ago) (but still weighing) and only eat when being hungry (stop when satisfied, base portions on hunger), choosing mostly the 'healthier nutritient rich' food.. trying to limit other food but have when wanting to.. actually started to loose more body fat..
According to 'trendweight' burning about 7 calories more a day than intake, however when logging food, always been under, the same, or even above.. the plan.. appears our bodies balancing everything out on theirself. ![]()
Mostly take something to eat in the evening while not being really hungry at all.. resisted and didn't take anything at all.. must still resist..
