recommendations please ~ sync with fitbit or myfitnesspal ~ which is better

as title says which would you recommend I sync with?

 

at present I am using the food diary on the fitbit site but read a "get inspired" story today & the man was using myfitnesspal. just wondered if there was anything extra or better using myfitnesspal?

 

any recommendations or comparisons would be great. thankyou in advance.  shelley x

I started using myfitnesspal for my food logging back when fitbit's food logging want that good, but I hear they have improved it since. I find that myfitnesspal has a very large database and the ability to create recipes of your own so you can log what you cook. It does sync directly with fitbit so you can log your food on myfitnesspal and track your exercise with fitbit. I usually use the fitbit metrics on allotted calories for the day though as myfitnesspal teens to allow me more than fitbit. Hope that helps!

thankyou. think I will try logging on myfitnesspal although today has been a waste of time fitbit wise as it ran out of power & has been on charge for a few hours.

 

tomorrow is another day & better still, the start of the week  🙂 xx
