stationary steppers?

Does anyone have a stationary stepper they like that works with their Fitbit? I’m looking for something I can take with me when I’m away from my gym and can't walk. thanks for your help. I was thinking about something like this... (but the reviews seem mixed)

I was, at one point, looking into one of these but correct me if I'm wrong. I don't think our Fitbit's pick up steps using these machines unless your hands are literally swinging with each step.

Fitbit only measures steps if your fitbit wearing hand is  moving. You'll still get a heart rate increase and calorie measure though.

Do you care about steps (arbitrary) or calories burned?  I'm with the latter and a HR fitbit will track this activity just fine.

I care about both but in the end I decided against it. As a solution I now get up and walk around the office every 30 minutes or so. Plus I don't think one of these will fit under my desk at work. I'll be hitting my knees under it the whole time.
