Did you mean:

the harder I work, the less calories I burn???

In a typical day I get in about 5,000 steps (horrifying, I know, but I'm still a newbie and just trying to move a little more) and meet 100% of my trainer goal. Lately I have been alost doubling the steps and can't seem to meet the same trainer goal.

It seems the more active minutes I have logged around the 5,000 step mark, the less calories I have burned in the trainer square. Wouldn't I be burning more if I am earning more activity minutes?

example: trainer goal 100% met with 5,300 steps and 0 activity minutes

trainer gaol 66% met   with 9600 steps and 55 activity minutes

*trainer goal is same for both examples.
