treadmill suggestions

ANSWERED

Hello. I am looking to purchase a new treadmill. I currently have a ProForm. It is my second one, and I really like it, but it is getting old and worn out. I would like one that I can program workouts. The one I have has preset programs, but they are all for running faster than I am able. I need something in the 3.0 - 4.5 MPH range. Does anybody know of such a treadmill? That you can program to vary in speed, incline, and time? TIA

Great idea. Yes, the sales people at Academy were less than helpful. Thank you!

I would go to a sporting goods store and get on them and also see if they have what you are looking for.

Its important it feels right to you as well

You may also try a bicycle shop if you have one nearby. The two in my area carry a good selection of treadmills and it seems the sales personnel are more familiar with them than those in a general sporting goods store.
