Did you mean:

using the weekly summary

Hi.  I'm just getting started and have a question about the weekly summary charts.  They look great  and have good info but I'm wondering about the best way to make use of them.  What do you do?  I'd like to easily track my progress (or lack of) as I become more and more active, burn more calories, etc.  I'd like an easy way to look back over time and see what has changed (or hasn't!)  Am I being too obsessive?  Right now I know I'd glance over it in my email and move on to other emails and other things.  All suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks.

Hello @sierradreamin17 and welcome to the forums. I think you answered your own questions in your post. Its exactly what its meant to show- what did you do, what improvements have you made, what adjustments should you make, etc. I think if you pour over it like you are studying for an exam it might be a problem, but to take a look and move on is just fine.
