looking for people in or near theses areas interested in helping each other stay motivated

looking for walkers at Pena Adobe to walk the water as well as the towers a couple times a week I walk sunday-wednesday all the time and saturday mornings on occasions if interested hit me up

For those not fluent he is talking about a GREAT area that I grew up in between Sacramento and San Francisco CA.  Don't live there anymore but there are times I wish I did to join the fun.   If you are looking for the vertical walks wander over to Rockville park.  Not hard but my guess is there are 25 "flights of stairs" to get to the top of the hill and great walking.

November huh, well it's now July. lol
I've been walking at Lagoon Valley whenever I can for about 4 years now. During the summer I'm at the park bet: 6:15 & 7:30 am, and put in a couple of hours with no set daily schedule, usually 4 - 7 days a week. If your up to a quick paced walk, any trail any hill...
