My fitbit is not syncing with dashboard or on sparkpeople, what's going on it worked yesterday and has worked since I bought it and it has steps on it.

First go to trouble shoot and reset it.  You can find the trouble shooting stuff on the website.  If that doesn't work, email the manufacturer.
