Hey, I was wondering if anyone has any high protine meals or snacks, Can include full meals / recipies, Powders for shakes or drinks for working out. Im planning on joining the United States Marine Corps in just over a year and I would like to train on my own and get ready. and get healthy.
I have another post about the working out side of things HERE.
little background information, Im 19 and weigh 145 lbs. I like pretty much all foods except olivs. Let me know if you know of any good healthy and easy to make recipies!
