1 cup (100g) of raw cauliflower has Cal - 25, Fat - 0g, Carbs, 5g, Protein 2g. So yes it is possible to ingest 11g of protein from cauliflower, granted you want to eat 5.5 cups of it raw. A positive note on the protein in cauliflower is that it contains all the amino acids to satisfy a complete protein.
