Couldnt sleep one night so I down loaded Dr. Phil's 20/20/Diet. bEEN ON IT FOR 4 DAYS I am never hungry. He says eat every 4 hours. That makes me get up early because I dont want to be eating at 8 at night. The 1st phase is 5 days long I can do anything for 5 days. 2nd phase is 5 days long. I have high blood preasure and he doesnt like salt. So this is good my goal is to loose 40lbs but I will be excited with 20. He recomends no more than 2 lbs a week. So by april 1st I should be down 20lbs. It is really good and quick reading. He gives you a grocery list and the foos to eat and what to stay away from. I will keep you up-dated.

Thanks for sharing. I hope you continue to update. I'm interested to hear how well this works for you. I also have high blood pressure.
