sauteed and roasted with olive oil salt and basil seasoning
Practicing my knife skills today by chopping up some carrots, broccoli and cabbage. (That's what was cheap at the market today). Roasted some for dinner this evening, and sauteed some more to add to eggs for breakfast this week, and have another gallon bag full raw plus some black beans in the instapot for salads this week.

I really do think this is key. Whatever diet one prefers; low fat, WW, keto, Mediterranean, vegan etc. is better supported with whole foods made at home and with a boost of green and leafy veggies.
I know I feel more satisfied with less after a meal I prepare myself. It's almost like the process feeds the soul before the tummy.
